Prompt payment ensures scarce pieces are not missed. You can pay by:

• Bank transfer via Wise (preferred): fast, transparent tracking and no hidden fees. No daily limit for SGD, HKD, AED, EUR, GBP and others; MYR transfers are limited to 30,000 per day.
• International bank transfer to our UK business account. Usually fast during business hours; fees and limits depend on your bank.
• Credit or debit card via Stripe: instant, and a small surcharge may apply.

Please include your name or order number with your payment and send us the receipt so we can match it.

For sought-after items, a 20% deposit lets us act immediately. It is fully refundable if the item proves unavailable. The balance is due on confirmation, or by instalments if agreed.

Subject to approval, we offer interest-free instalments on higher-value pieces: five payments of at least 20%, or ten payments of at least 10%, with a first payment made immediately and the rest monthly. Instalments are paid by bank transfer, not by card, and not every item qualifies. Please see our terms for full details.

We ship by UPS, DHL, FedEx or GDEX, always tracked and signed for:

• Standard: 7–14 days
• Premium: 2–3 days
• Personal hand delivery for ultra-high-value items

Packaging never shows the value of its contents. Times can vary with customs and other factors.

Standard courier liability is limited to around $50, so we strongly recommend parcel insurance for every order. You may use any insurer; for example, Secursus charges about 1% of the item's value. We are happy to help you arrange it before dispatch.
